The water will weigh as much as four 160 lb people, and the effect is
similar to five people (includes tank glass, rocks, gravel etc) standing
close together posing for a photo. Around 60-70g is where I start paying
more attention to the floor (ie: keep perpendicular to joists, close to
structural walls etc) but that's mostly to minimize tank bounce during
parties. I don't think this would pose any risk to a concrete floor,
however there might be insurance or apartment regulations which limit the
allowed size of the aquarium.
